The book deals with the genocide against the Roma committed by the Nazi authorities with the help of the local collaborators in Serbia. In 1941, the Nazis introduces in Serbia anti-Jewish and anti-Roma regulations, establishes concentration camps and shot thousands of male Jews and Roma. The majority of them was killed in mass shootings that took place in the vicinity of Belgrade.
The book is based on archival sources from the Archive of Yugoslavia, the Military Archive of the Republic of Serbia, and the Historical Archive of Belgrade. The book was published in 2014 in English and Serbian languages.
