Abstract
The paper explores a specific method of philosophical counseling focused on the so-called intentional dreaming, namely the paying of attention to dreams, keeping records of them and reducing other activities in order to focus on dreams and their philosophical interpretations. It is an experimental method in counseling whose specific features the paper elaborates to some extent.
