AB  - Hajdegerovo Biće i vreme  objavljeno je 1927. godine i može se smatrati ne samo glavnim delom njegove rane filozofije, nego i njegove filozofske misli uopšte. Međutim, fundamentalnoontološka i egzistencijalnoontološka postavka pitanja koje čine centralno mesto Bića i vremena Hajdeger razvija nekih deset godina pre njegovog objavljivanja. U nizu predavanja koja je od 1919. godine držao u Frajburgu i Marburgu on će postepeno dolaziti do ključnih momenata Bića i vremena.  Tu se pre svega misli na pitanje o biću (Seinsfrage), potom na egzistencijalije kao egzistencijalne „kategorije“ i svakako na temporalizaciju samog pitanja o biću, odnosno interpretacije vremena kao konstitutivnog horizonta vremenovanja bića. Tekst se bavi upravo tim periodom i procesom razvijanja postavke pitanja i ključne terminologije Bića i vremena.

AB  - Ausgehend vom Verstehenskonzept Wilhelm Diltheys werden die Modalitäten der Ausbildung von Kompetenzen innerhalb der Erfahrung der reflexiven Bildung thematisiert. Im Sinne des neuzeitlichen Wissenschaftsbegriffs wird die Rolle der Wissenschaften als Instanz möglicher Realwerte (Optionswerte) bestimmt, wobei den Geisteswissenschaften eine horizonteröffnende Funktion bezüglich der Sinnoptionen zugeschrieben wird. In diesem Zusammenhang wird auf die Infragestellung dieses Ermöglichungscharakters der Geistes- und Erziehungswissenschaften durch die Kommerzialisierung des universitären Lehr- und Forschungsbetriebs hingewiesen. Diese setzt eine Entwicklung in Gang, die auf den funktionalisierungsbedingten Verlust der konstruktiven Rolle der genannten Wissenschaften bei der Entwicklung von Kompetenzen hinausläuft.
AB  - Starting from Wilhelm Dilthey’s concept of understanding, the article inquires into modes 
of forming competencies within the experience of reflexive education. In line with moder nity’s understanding of science, the text designates the role of sciences as instances of po ssible real values (of optional values), whereby the spiritual sciences are ascribed the role of 
giving meaning by broadening horizons. The article questions the ground that allows for 
spiritual and pedagogical sciences within the commercialization of university teaching and 
research activities. In all this, functionalization conducts a process leading to the weakening 
of the constructive role of these sciences in the formation of competencies.
AB  - Polazeći od koncepta razumevanja Vilhelma Diltaja preispitaće se modaliteti formiranja kom petencija u okviru iskustva refleksivnog obrazovanja. U smislu novovekovnog pojma nauke, 
odrediće se uloga nauka kao instanci mogućih realnih vrednosti (opcionalne vrednosti), pri 
čemu se u pogledu smisaonih opcija duhovnim naukama pripisuje uloga otvaranja horizonata. U tom kontekstu, ukazuje se na dovođenje u pitanje karaktera omogućavanja duhovnih

AB  - „Hermeneutika. Istorija, osnove i klasici teorije razumijevanja“ bavi se razumijevanjem kao univerzalnim fenomenom, ali i njegovim značajem za metodologiju društvenih i duhovnih nauka. Neka od najvažnijih pitanja njihovog utemeljenja i metodologije raspravljana su upravo u okviru raznih hermeneutičkih koncepata. Među njima posebno se ističu klasici hermeneutike poput Šlajermahera, Diltaja i Gadamera, ali i Hajdegera koji je početkom 20. vijeka problemu razumijevanja dao egzistencijalnoontološki karakter i utemeljio ono što se podrazumijeva pod ontološkim obratom u hermeneutici. Posljednjih decenija hermeneutika je donekle potisnuta iz rasprava o ustrojstvu društvenih nauka, ali postepeno dobija na značaju u sferama kao što su etika, filozofija tehnike, antropologija, filozofska praksa. Ova knjiga predstavlja pokušaj da se ponovo skrene pažnja na hermeneutiku kao nezaobilazan faktor u tom diskursu, te da se predstave najvažnije pozicije i metodološki problemi tokom njene istorije koja je duga gotovo koliko i istorija same filozofije.

AB  - Der Beitrag thematisiert vor allem unterschiedliche philosophische Auffasungen der Andersheit (Levinas, Waldenfels, Liebsch) und versucht, sie aus einer hermeneutischen Perspektive zu hinterfragen. Dabei wird vor allem die konzeptuelle Radikalität der assymetrischen Beziehungen kritisiert, indem der hermeneutische Ansatz nicht als bloße Aneignungs-strategie des Anderen oder Fremden aufgefasst wird, sondern als offener Prozess der Verständigung, in dem die Heterogenität der Verständigungs-akteure zwar einer ständiger Veränderung unterzogen, jedoch immer auch gewahrt wird. Davon ausgehend wird auch die kulturphilosophische, aber auch gesellschaftliche und politische Relevanz der Opposition zwischen Kulturpessimismus und Kulturoptimismus in Frage gestellt.
AB  - Članak se prvenstveno bavi različitim filozofskim pogledima na drugost (Levinas, Valdenfels, Libš) i pokušava da ih preispita iz hermeneutičke perspektive. Pre svega, konceptualni radi-kalizam asimetričnih odnosa kritikuje se tako što se hermeneutički pristup ne shvata kao puka strategija prisvajanja Drugog ili Stranca, nego kao otvoren proces razumevanja u kome je heterogenost onih koji su uključeni u razumevanje podložna stalnim promenama, ali uvek biva sačuvana. Na toj osnovi, dovodi se u pitanje kulturnofilozofska, ali i društvena i politič-ka relevantnost opozicije između kulturnog pesimizma i kulturnog optimizma.

AB  - Der Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit Husserls Lehre von der kategorialen An­schauung als einem der wichtigsten Momente seines Versuchs der Grund­legung der Phänomenologie als eidetischer Wissenschaft. Ausgehend von Husserls phänomenologischen Kritik an Versuchen einer Naturalisierung des Bewusstseins, werden insbesondere die Probleme der Bedeutungs­intention und -erfüllung, des Unterschieds zwischen sinnlicher und kate­gorialer Anschauung, der kategorialen Formung und der sog. Wesens­anschauung erörtert. In diesem Zusammenhang geht es auch um die Abgrenzung des Husserlschen transzendentalphilosophischen Ansatzes von der transzendentalphilosophischen Axiomatik Immanuel Kants
AB  - U članku se govori o Huserlovoj doktrini kategorijalnog pogleda kao jednog od najvažnijih aspekata njegovog pokušaja utemeljenja fenomenologije kao ejdetske nauke. Polazeći od Huserlove fenomenološke kritike pokušaja naturalizacije svesti, posebno se razmatraju pro-blemi smisla i ispunjenja značenja, razlika između čulnog i kategorijalnog pogleda, kategori-jalnog formiranja i takozvanog pogleda na suštinu. U tom kontekstu, takođe se postavlja pi-tanje razgraničenja Huserlovog transcendentalno-filozofskog pristupa od transcendentalno-filozofske aksiomatike Imanuela Kanta.

AB  - Der Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit Heideggers frühen Konzeptionen des Existentials Sorge, in denen er allmählich zu der Auffassung der Sorge als der Faktizität des Vollzugs der eigenen Existenz bzw. der eigenen
Seinsmöglichkeiten gelangt. Dabei wird sichtbar, inwiefern sich Heidegger an dieser Stelle von den abstrakten Postulierungen von Sorge als der „Sorge um Gewissheit“ (Descartes), der „Sorge um die erkannte Erkenntnis“, aber auch von der Abstraktheit der phänomenologischen Ansätze wie etwa der von ihm selbst verwendeten formalen Anzeige abgrenzt. Von zentralen Bedeutung ist die Hervorhebung seiner Einsicht in den Umstand, dass solche Auffassungen der Sorge, die vor allem mit dem mathematischen
Verständnis der Gewissheit durchsetzt sind, den ursprünglichen Zugang zu der Seinsfrage verdecken. Die Vorherrschaft des Theoretischen und die Idee der absoluten Geltung und der Evidenz bezeichnet Heidegger
als das „Versäumnis“, die Seinsfrage zu stellen.
AB  - The article deals with Heidegger’s early conceptions of existential concern, in which he gradually arrives at the conception of concern as the factuality of the realization of one’s own existence or one’s own possibilities of being. In the process, it becomes apparent to what extent Heidegger at this point of the abstract postulates of concern as the “concern for certainty” (Descartes), the “concern for the recognized knowledge”, but also of the abstractness of phenomenological approaches such as himself used formal display delimits. Of central importance is the emphasis on his insight into the fact that such views of concern, interspersed in particular with the mathematical understanding of certainty, obscure the original approach to the question of being. Heidegger describes the supremacy of the theoretical and the idea of absolute validity and evidence as the “omission” to pose the question of being.

Es wird gezeigt, inwiefern es sich dabei zum einen um sowohl in existentialontologischer als auch in seinsgeschichtlicher Hinsicht um eine Abwehr 'metaphysischer' Möglichkeitsbegriffe handelt, zum anderen aber auch um die Aufgabe einer explizit formulierten und phänomenlogisch modifizierten transzendentalphilosophischen Fragestellung zugunsten der Auffassung von Sein als dem genuinen Vermögen bzw. von Seinsvermögen als dem eigentlich 'Möglichen'.

It therefore focusses on the concept of 'existentiale Möglichkeit' and 'mögendes Vermögen', as well as on the common ground and the differences between the early and late Heidegger as regards modal logical aspects. It will be shown to what extent this pertains on the one hand to a rejection of 'metaphysical' modal conceptions; and on the other hand to the task of an explicitly articulated and phenomenologically modified transcendental question concerning an understanding of Being as a genuine possibility or of 'Seinsvermögen' as the actually 'possible'.

AB  - Two authors with a similar philosophical biography write this letter from Serbia. First the German professor is introduced to the history of Serbian philosophy. Special attention is given to the relations between German and Serbian philosophy. Subsequently, the present situation of philosophy in Serbia is described, including the toil and deprivation implied in occupying oneself with philosophy in this country. The authors demonstrate that in these circumstances, enthusiasm and personal dedication are of the essence.

Special attention is given to the relations between German and Serbian philosophy. AB  - Der Text beschäftigt sich mit einer bestimmten Phase des Heideggerschen Denkweges, die unmittelbar dem Entstehen von Sein und Zeit (1927) vorausgegangen war. Im Mittelpunkt der Überlegungen befindet sich Heideggersche Rezeption, Kritik und Transformation einiger der zentralen Begriffe der Husserlschen Phänomenologie (Intentionalität, Apriori, kategoriale Anschauung). Es soll gezeigt werden, wie diese radikale Umformung der Husserlschen Phänomenologie über die formale Koinzidenz bezüglich des phänomenologischen Prinzips „zu den Sachen selbst“ hinausgeht und auf die wesentliche Verbindung der Seinsfrage und seiner phänomenologischen Entformalisierung hinweist.
AB  - The text deals with a certain phase of the Heideggerian way of thinking, which had precedes the emergence of “Being and Time” (1927). Heidegger’s reception, criticism, and transformation of some of the central concepts of Husserlian phe-nomenology (intentionality, a priori, categorial intuition) is the focus of the re-flections. This article shows how this radical transformation of Husserlian phe-nomenology goes beyond the formal coincidence of the phenomenological principle “to the things themselves” and points to the essential connection of the question of being and its phenomenological demetalization.
AB  - Tekst se bavi određenom fazom Hajdegerovog misaonog puta, koja je prethodila po-javi Bića i vremena (1927). U središtu razmatranja se nalaze Hajdegerova recepcija, kritika i transformacija nekih od središnjih pojmova Huserlove fenomenologije (inten-cionalnost, apriori, kategorijalni pogled). Potrebno je pokazati kako ova radikalna transformacija Husserlove fenomenologije nadilazi formalnu podudarnost u pogledu na fenomenološko načelo „Ka samim stvarima“ i upućuje na suštinsku povezanost pitanja bića i fenomenološke deformalizacije ovog načela.

AB  - E: This article examines the possibility of a phenomenologically based ethics by principally contrasting the respective positions of Levinas and Heidegger. The thesis is that Levinas' critique of ontology does not correspond to Heidegger's fundamental-ontological objective, which can not be presented in terms of an oppositionbetween ethics and ontology, which again is premise of Levinas' prioritising of ethics. Bearing this mind, we attempt to explore the capacities of an ethics founded on fundamental ontology, especially regarding the questions of justice and resposibility.

AB  - S: Tekst se bavi odnosom pitanja identiteta, povijesnosti i narativnosti. Polazeći od kritike nekih prominentnijih narativističkih modifikacija teorije sistema, transcentalne filozofije, praktične filozofije i fenomenologije propituje se mogućnost prevazilaženja ostataka metafizičke postavke pitanja u ovim konceptima. Kao rješenje nudi se narativna modifikacija Hajdegerove egzistencijalne ontologije čija mogućnost proizilazi iz ontološke ekvivalentnosti egzistencijalne i narativne mogućnosti. Kao i egzistencija, narativni izraz se vremenuje iz vremenske ekstaze budućnosti. Egzistencijalnom karakteru mogućnosti, koji je odlučujući za strukturu tubića, a time i egzistencijalu Biće ka kraju, ontološki odgovara narativna mogućnost i ona za narativnost konstitutivna konačnost.
AB  - Dieser Text befasst sich mit den Fragen der Identität, der Geschichtlichkeit und der Narativität. Ausgehend von der kritischen Betrachtung einiger prominenteren narrativistischen Modifikationen der Systemtheorie, Transzendentalphilosophie, praktischer Philosophie und Phänomenologie wird nach der Möglichkeit der Überwindung der Reste der metaphysischen Fragestellung in diesen Konzepten gefragt. Als Lösung bietet sich die narrative Modifikation der Heideggerschen Existentialontologie an, derer Möglichkeit aus der ontologischen Equivalenz der existentialen und der narrativen Möglichkeit hervorgeht. Wie die Existenz zeitigt sich der narrative Ausdruck aus der Zeitekstase Zukunft. Dem für die Struktur des Daseins entscheidenden existentialen Möglichkeitscharakter und somit auch dem Existential Sein zum Ende entspricht ontologisch die narrative Möglichkeit und jene für sie konstitutive Endlichkeit.

AB  - Tekst predstavlja analizu pre svega Fukoovih razmatranja u pogledu na istorizovanje shvatanja života u okviru nauka o životu i ostalih biopolitičkih praksi. Autor polazi od toga da i Fukoove analize moći implicitno postavljaju pitanje o uslovima mogućnosti, odnosno, o moći kao horizontu omogućavanja. Problem koji se javlja, smatra autor, tiče se dometa ovog implicitnog transcendentalno-filozofskog pristupa u pogledu na adekvatno zahvatanje ljudske povesnosti. Naime, ovde se uviđa da Fuko operiše sa istorijskim kategorijama, kako na nivou objekta tako i na nivou metodoloških refleksija, ali da, takođe implicitno, ostaje veran određenim metafizičkim pretpostavkama o povesnosti i temporalnosti, kao što je, recimo, ne uzimanje u obzir mogućnosti nelinearne vremenitosti.

AB  - D: Die Begriffe Phänomen, Ding und Medium weisen auf mehrere Problemlagen innerhalb der Technikphilosophie hin. Zunächst geht es um das Verhältnis des Phänomens bzw. der Phänomenlaität zum Ding bzw. zur Dingheit, das auffallende Parallelen zwischen den beiden Bestimmungen aufweist und bislang überraschend wenig Beachtung in der Heidegger-Forschung fand. Dabei geht es um vor allem um die Frage, ob es sich bei dem seinsgeschichtlichen Dingheitansatz um die Überwindung des vermeintlichen 'Pragmatismus' von "Sein und Zeit" handelt. Diese Frage stellt sich umso mehr, wenn man die Kritik an Heideggers Technikphilosophie in Betracht zieht, die darin gerade einen Rückfall in die vorkritische, realontologische Positionen sieht. Dem gilt es zu begegenen, indem der transzendentalphilosophische Charakter von Heideggers hermeneutischer Phänomenologie aufgezeigt wird, von dem ausgehend darüber hinaus auch die Mängel der medienzentrierten Technikphilosophie sichtbar gemacht werden können.

First of all, there is the question of the relation between the phenomenon (i. e. phenomenality) and the thing (i. e. the thingness), which shows noticeable analogies between the two designations and which has been largely overlooked in Heidegger research. AB  - Der Beitrag beschaftigt sich mit dem Verhaltnis von Hermeneutik und Ethik. Im Fokus dieser Betrachtung steht die narrative Herme¬neutik des Selbst von Paul Ricœur und ihr Versuch, mit Hilfe der Hermeneutik eine ethische Dimension der Wiedereinschreibung der narrativen Rekonfiguration der Handlungswelt in diese Handlungswelt selbst zu erôffnen. Dabei wird auf die Grenzen eines solchen Ansatzes hingewiesen, dies insbesondere im Hinblick auf die dabei gemachten metaphysiklastigen Schritte in Richtung auf eine Position, die hinter der existential- undfundamentalontologischen Fragestel- lung des von Ricœur kritisierten Heidegger zurückzufallen scheint. Daher wird hier erneut auf Heidegger und seine Existenzialontologie zurückgegriffen, um sie im Zuge einer narrativistischen Umdeutung (via der existenzialontologi-	69
schen Entsprechung der narrativen und existenzialen Môglichkeit) fur die ethische Fragestelleung zu ôffnen.
